Oncogenetics

The major focus of the research interests of this group is the molecular basis of cancer and the development of better diagnostic and prediction tools. In addition, we are looking for the contribution of environmental factors and lifestyle, interacting with genes to cause cancer.

The molecular genetic studies of this multidisciplinary team, which included surgeons, pathologists, oncologists, urologists, chemo- and radiotherapists, molecular biologists and geneticists focus on investigations of several common cancers.
